I have worked with children/young adults in an educational/counselling setting for over 25 years. I have completed courses internationally in Child Protection, Risk Assessment, Adverse Childhood Experiences, and Trauma and Crisis Management. I am Head of School Counselling and Child Protection Lead at Warwick Academy.

My mantra is very simple, every child should live free from abuse and self-harm. WE ALL have the right to safety, regardless of our age, ability, gender reassignment, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation. All having the right to equal protection from harm. Everyone has a story; abuse, in its many forms, has affected my family, multi-generationally.

The sooner help is received, the sooner the healing can begin.

The safer all our environments are, the less places predators can cause harm.

In my private practice, comprehensive up to date programs addressing these safety concerns are a must; as we continue to strive to win the war against abuse and harm.
